Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging or a mailer of your choice, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
